2. Sagging

3. Roof Rot

Roof rot is an obvious sign that you should replace your roof. The wood on your roof can rot when it is exposed to moisture for extended periods. This is because the dampness will create a suitable environment for the growth of algae and fungus, affecting the quality of the wood. Thus, it is vital to identify a rotting roof quickly.

Some signs to look out for include mold growth, damaged flashing, water stains on your ceiling or interior walls, or sagging. If you notice any of these signs, call an expert to inspect your roof and replace it if necessary.
